- Male Candidates:
- Lift and carry 35 kg for a distance of 100 meters within 2 minutes.
- Complete 1000 meters of running in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
- Female Candidates:
- Lift and carry 20 kg for a distance of 100 meters within 2 minutes.
- Complete 1000 meters of running in 5 minutes and 40 seconds.
